I’ve reached the end of the first week and am on track to hit 50,000 by the end of the month. I still have no idea where it is going, but am excited to see it. I have posted the first scene of it under Nano page.
I will admit that I have a concern about where this story is going. I am 10,000 words into it, but for some reason the main character has decided to tell a story to some of the other characters. This story takes up half the words so far. I plan on the story serving a larger purpose in the overall story. If the story reaches my final target of 100,000 words, this story will only be 5% of the total story.
